The Hidden Gym Cancellation and Refund Policy

Introduction

At The Hidden Gym, I strive to provide our members with quality fitness services and facilities. I understand that circumstances can change, leading you being unable to make your pre booked session. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the cancellation of your pre booked gym sessions.

Cancellation Process for pre booked sessions.

. Giving 48 hours or more will result in me being able to refund your payment via bank transfer. 

. Less than 48-hour notice of cancellation will result in no refund as to shorter notice to fill the training slot. 

No-Show Cancellations

. No show will result in a no refund for the missed session. 

Any other reasons.

. if there’s any other reason you can’t make a pre-booked session, please make contact with me as soon as possible to discuss any potential refund.

Refunds

The Hidden Gym does not offer refunds for session cancellations except under exceptional circumstances, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Policy Changes

The Hidden Gym reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy. All members will be notified of any change’s [30] days prior to their implementation.
